A national grant is a financial award provided by a Malaysian government agency or organisation to support projects that significantly impact Malaysian development and welfare. These grants are designed to fund research, innovation, and initiatives that address national priorities and challenges.

They are available to individuals, educational institutions, non-profit organisations, and other entities that propose projects that align with the country’s strategic goals.
